Conor Boland
Founder
​
Conor handles the day to day running of the label; recording artists, mixing and mastering projects, handling finance and ensuring the label delivers great music. Before starting the label he worked for a number of years as a hearing specialist in London, and has been writing and producing music for over 10 years. His favorite bands are Blink 182, Sigur Rós and the Beach Boys.

Laura Evans
PR manager

Laura ensures our artist's music is pushed out to the masses, featuring on radio, blogs, magazines, playlists and anything else she can find. She has a degree in World Performance and is very passionate about the arts. Among her favorite artists are Fleetwood Mac, Ben Howard and Bette Middler.

Alec Smith
Design and video
​
Alec is our design illustrator and video guru. He has a degree in animation and over 10 years experience producing and animating TV shows broadcast all over the world. He's also very handy at Photoshop and helped design our logo and graphic art.
Peter Ware
Consultant Engineer
​
Pete is our go to consultant for mixing when a track needs that extra something special. He describes what he does as "mixing and fixing", and has been a master at it for over 40 years, delivering hit songs to the music scene since the 70's.
"I like problem solving, so if a project needs some extra love or a fresh pair of ears I like to step forward. Music is telepathy, an idea shared between artist and listener. But sometimes the link can get lost or diverted in the act of recording, so my primary job is to untangle the lines and make sure that the human connection is strong. Then the rest of the process is fixing, balancing and polishing, aiming to create the best possible version to contain that original idea "

Shawn McHenry
Mastering
​
Shawn is based in the US and works in broadcasting and film production. He helps Tonotopic Records as a third pair of ears to ensure our mixed and mastered tracks are suitable for television, film, radio and other broadcasting platforms.
When he's not helping us out, Shawn enjoys vlogging and photography, as well as listening to his favorite music from St.Lucia, M83 and Mika.
